- Duval and John S.FIRST TIME HOME BUYER
"Ieishah and Carolyn are fantastic individuals! They helped us find the perfect home! We were nervous about buying our first home because there is so much information to digest. Ieishah and Carolyn educated us, they were very patient and they guided us through the whole process."
- Sarah W.INVESTMENT PROPERTY
"I just purchased my third investment property with Ieishah & Carolyn and it gets easier each time. They set me up with an automated service that will email me when a new property comes up in the areas I want to buy investment properties in. With me being out of town, they send me a video of the house as they tour it and provide me with a breakdown of the repairs needed. Thank you again, HomeSites for your help, I look forward to my next purchase."

Who We Are…
HomeSites Property Holdings LLC is located in Garden City, NY. This mother and daughter team have been residents of Long Island for 25 years. Nothing is more exhilarating for Ieishah and Carolyn than the heartwarming feeling they get from helping people meet their real estate needs. To this end, they are involved in their local Habitat for Humanity in Nassau County. Homelessness is a "condition" in a person's life...not who they really are. Therefore, they are adamant about making a difference in people’s living condition for the better. Ieishah and Carolyn are certain that it is a must that everyone should have a decent, affordable place to live and coupled with their volunteering at Habitat For Humanity in Nassau County, they seek to make affordable housing "a matter of conscience."
